This is a weekend of workshops featuring leading mindfulness experts from around the world, including Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Brown Mindfulness Centre, Monash University and our local institutions.
This is Asia-Pacific’s leading mindfulness conference in its 5th edition, co-organised by Brahm Centre, Ministry of Health, Institute of Mental Health, National Health Group, Singhealth-Duke, NUS & NTU Schools of Medicine, Agency for Integrated Care, Health Promotion Board, NCSS and NUS Residential College 4.
This year, the conference takes on a refreshed format featuring a weekend of workshops in July 2022.
Changes are around us and are inevitable in life, creating stress, anxiety and depression for many. At the same time, we are all looking to live happier and healthier lives. Come learn about how mindfulness can help as well as deepen your practice by joining the conference workshops. Each lasting up to 2 hours in length, experts from around the world will lead experiential sessions.
